Clean and Functional

Great Amenities

Kid-Friendly Fun

We recently had a stay at this resort which had some ups and downs. Our studio was spacious enough for our family, and having a kitchen was a real bonus for preparing breakfast. However, the overall cleanliness and some maintenance issues left us a bit disappointed. The location was nice, and we enjoyed some amenities, but the service could use some improvement, especially with communication.

We had a lovely family vacation with some great moments, especially thanks to the incredible help from Gayla and Linda. The lodging was comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel while skiing at Boreal. The location was convenient for both the ski area and Truckee downtown. The room was comfortable enough, especially with a kitchenette, but it felt a bit cramped with the sofa bed out. The view of Donner Lake from the lounge was a highlight. Unfortunately, check-in was a bit chaotic, and the heater issue during the night was disappointing. Overall, it's a decent option for a ski trip, but management should address some issues.
